WaterCo.

How it works

From curious to clean water in four steps.

No salesperson on your couch. No quote game. Most customers go from the free water report to a booked install in under a week, all from their phone.

  • A clear glass of fresh, filtered water
    01

    Free water report

Enter your address. We pull data for the utility serving your home, typically Missouri American Water (St. Louis County, St. Charles County) or City of St. Louis Water Division, and compare it to current health-based guidelines.

Three fields: first name, email, street address. The PDF lands in your inbox in under 60 seconds. No phone number, no sales call.

  • Under-sink view showing pipes, shutoff valves, and cabinet space
    02

    Photo intake & quote

A few quick photos under your sink, plus a short yes/no checklist (stone counter? spare faucet hole? cabinet width? want the ice add-on?). It takes about 5 minutes from your phone.

If a photo isn't quite clear, we'll email you to ask for one more shot. Most submissions clear right through and you go straight to picking your install date.

  • Master Plumber's hands working on under-sink plumbing during an install
    03

    90-minute install

A licensed Master Plumber arrives in your install window, places the 5-stage RO unit in your cabinet, mounts the brushed-nickel air-gap faucet, ties in the drain saddle, and pressure-tests the system before leaving.

Add about 15 minutes if you ordered the ice-maker tie-in for your refrigerator. We test the water before we leave and walk you through the system. Lifetime install warranty on the workmanship.

  • Filling a water bottle from a clean kitchen tap

    Twice-a-year service

St. Louis water is on chloramine, which means the carbon prefilters work harder than they would in most cities. Our recommended cadence is 6-Month Care: two on-site visits a year, all filters swapped, system checked, and the membrane bundled in when due.

Annual Care ($199/yr) works fine for low-usage households; 6-Month Care ($349/yr) is the right cadence for a family of four. There's also a $69 a la carte filter kit if you'd rather swap them yourself.

What makes install day go smoothly

No surprises. That's the whole goal.

Booking online instead of through a sales call is faster, but only if the company on the other end actually does its homework. Three things keep your install day predictable.

  • A real human reviews every booking

Before install day, a trained reviewer looks over your photos to catch anything the rule check might miss, a corroded shutoff valve, a low-clearance cabinet, prior water damage. So we arrive ready, not surprised.

  • Stone counters? Quoted in advance.

If your granite or quartz counter needs a hole drilled for the RO faucet, we identify it from your countertop photo and quote it before install day. The drilling itself is done by a stone fabricator (we'll coordinate). Never a surprise on the day.

  • If we can't install, we don't charge you

If we arrive and something needs work beyond what your photos showed, we'll give you a transparent updated quote before we start. You can decline at no charge, we'd rather lose the install than burn the trust.

Prefer to talk in person?

We’ll come to your kitchen.

Most customers do the whole thing online. But if you’d rather have someone walk through the report and survey the install with you in person, we offer an in-home visit for $99, refunded in full when you book the install. No pressure, no scripted pitch. We just answer questions.

Or call us at (314) 555-0100, a real person, no phone tree.Contact options
